The Sheldon Memorial Lecture on George Pace, a York architect with a national practice who had an exceptional understanding of both mediaeval and modern architecture and an ability to combine them in stunning buildings.
This is the 12th in the series of lectures on York’s twentieth century citizens who had a significant impact on the City and its development. The lecture will be given at the Merchant Adventurers’ Hall on Tuesday 10th March 2020 at 7.00 pm.
